He was a lot further north than I thought - almost near Kurns. Killed wanderers all up and down the east wall to get him to spawn.

PH is a sebilisian battlemaster, at least, after he died it was a sebilisian battlemaster. I was kiting there and killing the singles, since they are easier (faster) pulls than the doubles and triples.
He spawned afer I killed the walker a few times.

There are three roamers that are PH's. Kill all moving iksars near the east wall down by Kaesora. After a few respawns you will see what I mean.

Ok, two days and about 12 hrs each day trying to get this mofo to spawn. We've killed the other two names nearby countless times. Is the map location marker from Mapfiend.net correct or even close? Please any info is great. This is the last kill we need to get the stupid skele illusion.

there is a ph that roames between mark on map and a tree just north of the camp of mobs he roames just around the camp of undead and ones near the fire. i got him to spawn today after killing ph one time

When I did NOT need this guy I had him spawn like 5 times in one session. But now that I have the quest where you need to kill him he's making himself scarce!
I found if you camp the east wall but further south that the more popular spot, about 2/3 of the way down to the castle wall, and you kill every iksar you see, eventually he will pop in that general area. Unlike with some of the other nameds, the location indication on the download maps are "about right." Especially kill any iksar who's wandering as I do believe those are his placeholders. This is one named I've never seen spawn far away from that general area. Some of the others, like the raptor, can spawn all over the zone.

Found him between Kurn and Keasora area. He wanders around with the iksar.

I have kept the roamer iksar dead for over 30hours over last few days and still never got this guy to pop. Any help?
