Does anyone have a location for him? Doesn't have to be exact, although that would be nice. Around central bazaar? In one of the tunnels or hallways?

If you are in the center area where the quest mob Muskorr Agitarr is located. The opening just to his left that looks out over most of the slaves...you will see a ralosian sentinel to your left not to far from where you will be standing. He usually has a couple pigs around him as well. That is your PH for the Captain. He is a rare spawn. I have killed his PH for 4 hours straight before and never got him to spawn...but other nights have gotten him back to back. Brusk is also there but his PH are the two Ralosian Sentinels to the right as you look out into that area. Hope this helps.

Tried this guy again last night, 81 mage air pet tanked him np. Had 2 merc healers and a Cleric. Fight lasted maybe a little more then a minute. He does hit quite hard and his AE almost took out shammy pet in 1 cast. Decent amount of HP's, necro kept 5 dots on him through the whole fight, shammy kept Couger Maw on through whole fight also. Mage was chaining Ramp Servent and nuking in between. When fight was over everyone was still above 50 mana, even the mercs.

Anyone know where this guy spawns please?

Our group had no slow except Ranger slows (Yours truly) You have to get a slow on him of some kind or have a Tank with lots of HP and a superb healer.
We did it with Ranger slow, Earthcaller stuck half way into the fight. Decent tank and healing we won the fight but was close.
Second fight, as respawn was nearly 5 min, tank went down but we had a Pally to back up tanking duties. Earthcaller resisted until Necro landed a debuff, I clearly saw an emote and then Earthcaller hit and Necro died shortly after and Pally finished him off.
This was a fun fight, I would love to hit him again. I can confirm from both fights that he did Proc AE <Bladeswirl> (You are slashed by a whirling blade.) took about 9k damage as did the whole group on both fights. Better have group heals loaded for this guy healers.
He also dropped this item which is possibly for an armor quest, it can be equiped but no stats are on it?

Tried to kill this guy with our group a few min ago. Fight lasted about 15 seconds. Before Necro could cast second dot after pulling tank was down, all pets were dead and he was starting on the rest of us. We got him down 6% is all. Wish I would have looked at his lvl before trying him, lol. We were only lvl 80, with lvl 79 tank. Max hit we seen on pet was 4678, and FAST, even after shammy slow. Killed Cleric in 1 round of 5 hits.
