He is level 85 and not level 88. He conned dark blue to my Lvl 87 toon and white to my Lvl 85 toon.
Molo'd with 85 mage, 81 ranger, 80 wizzy. All tier 3 armored (cept chest of course). Pet did the tanking with 3 tier 3 cleric mercs holding him up and the occasional heal on the mage's part.
Dropped chest essence and the aug.
Careful. There is a Sokokar that does wander through the area there.

Max hit on my 85 ranger was 4625, average dps he generates is about 1350.

He also popped at -3.05,85.46 right next to the room for the other named Blademaster Kraszen.

From zone in take the straight path go down the ramp and at thev ery bottom is a single mob, that was the ph for this named. He dropped the ac aug for me.

Dropped Phased Seminal Incandessence ( the chest piece, like a steamcore is my guess ) Also dropped a ring named after the mob.
Runs at low health. Immune to run speed changes.
