Tanked this last night through 29 rounds (assumed since aug reward was XXIX). Mob turned red con about round 23-4.
Initial round max hit was ~1k, no spells noticed.
Acid blast started landing ~round 6
Flamethrower started landing toward 20th round. NASTY dot for 14k/tic to front arc.
By my final round, IRA was hitting for max 30k (seldom) on me (89 war, 30CS, max def mods, 6.7k AC with bracing def running).
The mob's accuracy is terrible. With commanding voice, it could go 3 rounds without landing a hit (31CA). What finally wiped us was the adds plus flamethrower.
Good luck.

Also casts Flamethrower. However, this spell is not seen till round 5. And i'm gonna guess every 5 level after.
I.R.A. is a powering up mob (changes level and ablities) each wave it gets harder and so do the adds (changes level).
I.R.A. is not 85, he cons even to 80, as do his adds a clockwork basher and a clockwork whirlygig. The bashers appear to be immune to mez, however the whirlygigs apparently aren't, but are very resistant.

Build a man a fire and he's warm for an evening. Set a man on fire and he's warm for the rest of his life.
