I have raised my faction to warmly. He will not say anything to me other than the {Rodcet Nife} thing. For the 2.0 you are supposed to say "What special Gems" but all he does is say to go to Freeport. Isn't he suposed to give me the bag to combine all 8 gems in? IO have all 8 gems already too.
