This mob opened up Steam Cores for my guild. We'd been struggling for a camp that we could handle to get steam cores and after several months of raiding, we had 2 steam cores. We discovered this guy and have rectified the Steam Core Situation. I've been present for over 35 steam core drops for my guild in the past 3 weeks or so.
We had almost given up the ghost on this one, but thanks to Grigano, we are back on track progressing through group content!

I can confirm he does have two adds leashed to him. They are both called "an adiministrative assistant". I'd hazard a guess being level 78, since they were dark blue to level 80s. They really don't have that many hps, so if you have a group full of DPS you can burn them down in no time and then focus on the named.

from zone in, take the 1st elevator up to the open room with all the mobs, (where Former Head Admin Bozzle Spawns) go up 3 floors, should see a large Cog that's being used as a table with a several desks around it that have various lab worker / lab tech's around. Head Admin Grigano spawns on the cog, so whatever mob is standing there is your PH.

from the zone in grab your clockwork illusion go up the elevator at the zone in to first floor take spiral ramp up to second floor then go up the spiral ramp thats in the center then on the next floor up the next spiral ramp thats in the center which brings ya up into a room the gnome mob thats in the middle of the room will be to your right as you enter the room is the ph. you can camp it in the hall way that leads to the outside area, when in the hall and ya open the door the ph will be straight shot but will need a puller to split it. the named itself when he spawns will have 2 gnomes with him you will need to pull them first or all at once but the are linked to named so will train you if ya just try to pull named single...
