I have max ally with Ladies of Light, and this vendor does not have any spells. The vendor with the spells is one flight up, Seridyn.

Can anyone verify this? Is there some set of quests required to unlock items from this vendor? Can someone provide a complete list of what she offers (and the faction rank required for each)?
I can verify that Seridyn is an Elite Supplier (Rabnk 2 spells.... not rank 3).
Alissa has the Elite Supplier tag under her name, but as an ally I cant see R3 spells either.
I have also done ALL the tasks noted in another post.
It appears to me some raiding is required.

The elite suppliers only carry Rk. III spells, so please remove the Rk. II spells that are listed for this vendor, because as has been pointed out numerous times, the Rk. II spells for this faction are sold by Seridyn.

She does not sell this spell. The NPC that sells this among other rk2 spells is Seridyn, who is one floor higher. hope this helps
You have to do the full arc of missions to have any Elite Supplier show you the rk 3 spells

This spell is NOT sold by this vendor. I recently completed all the tasks required to unlock the Rk III Spells on Alissa Saint Claire, and Spell: Trial for Power Rk III is NOT in her inventory. Spell: Trial for *Honor* Rk III is. Please correct this... I know a few very irked SKs. =\

I see that Spell: Trial for Power Rk. III has been removed from Alissa's list, but Spell: Trial for Honor Rk. III still has not been added. I can verify that "Spell: Trial for Honor Rk. III" *is* sold by her (Once tasks and faction are completed)
Wizard spells Tangleweave Energy Rank 3 and Funnel of Frost Rank 3 available with max ally faction = 7 solo quests + 5 group quests from Overvolt. $$$

Just hit allied and allysia doesnt have a single spell. Please update go up one level to Seridyn she has 13 listed and a type 15 sug of sorts. Will update when i max allied, might be able to see spells pre-allied not sure since wrong vendor was listed.... GL

The spells are there, you are lacking all of the task / quests that are also mentioned in this thread. The spells she has are Rank 3 not Rank 2s.
You need ALLY faction AND all of the tasks done.

Ok Please update this at least for mage spells they are NOT on this vendor.. just hit allied and what do ya know she doesnt have any spells go up 1 more lvl to Seridyn and she has them might be able to check her before allied not sure since alla had the wrong vendor as the spell provider.Btw at allied i see 13 spells on Seridyn..... Well, I worked hard to get to Ally faction with Ladies of the Light...and low and behold....NOT ONE SINGLE RK.III spell was available for sale on this NPC. Why should I be surprised! Does anyone know where the Rk.III versions come from?
