i dunno exact loc , but if you come out of bloodmoon temple and take an immediate left(west) there are a few mobs sitting in a circle right there.. same camp that you clear for the final fight in the 25% purity aug task.
anyways the ph for this mob is the westernmost orc in that circle.
if you are just camping him for his drops , and xp isnt your goal , snare all 5 or 6 of them after you kill the ph, and run them down to the river then evac. when they become unsnared they will attempt to go back to camp then get stuck in the geometry a few feet short of the upper plateau , thus leaving your ph/named as a single pull/spawn for as long as your there.

Dropped Orrel's Nightmarish Bauble. I have not equipped it so I do not know full stats, but it does have a type 3 aug slot. As soon as I have more info I will update post.

What's the fight info? Does he summon? Flurry? Enrage? Rampage? Spawn mother-in-law adds that eat your soul?

Also drops Wendia's Blessing, which seems to just be Wendia's Charm with a type3 added. Spawns west side of Bloodmoon zone in the 5-pop camp.
