I think the last poster must have been in the wrong place. Spawns are less than 18 minutes apart. PHs I saw were a Bloodmoon brawler, a Bloodmoon warlock, and then popped the Bloodmoon Warlock.

Solo'd this tonight with an 77 monk, used Epic, Innerflame, and Whirlwind, he does enrage, and does summon.
Dropped http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=71717 for me yesterday
Casts Curse of the Bloodmoon, which will really ruin your day if not RC'd promptly.

took down this mob today lvl 80 necro and 79 druid dropped girdle of wirlem and also a gem covered box easy kill really with druid healing does summon which is a pain
