Ran to him having to FD twice. Then ran into room and HT, LT, and dotted him paying no attention to the adds (there were 5 of them when I did it). He was down in 30 seconds and then I FD. Got up, looted, ran to safe spot in middle of long bridge/ramp thing and FD to clear aggro and then gated out.
He is immune to changes in his run speed.

respawn is about 5 minutes
he raises Rebel Brownies faction and lowers Factory Flunkies faction
