What you need to do is go to Dragonscale Hills and kill Minos at the fort by the 1000s and/or do the daily tasks at the Fairy Tower for Rebel Brownie faction. The Fairy Tower is in the middle of the zone and when you enter it the quest giver is there and you go through the quest text until you get the part where you say "combat" you take the Rebel Brownie kill 10 Minotaurs task and then say "errands" and you take the steal something from the Minos for Rebel Brownie faction as well. These tasks can be done once per day and yield good exp for minimal effort plus you build faction.
At some point you will get the message that Your faction could not possibly get any better with Rebel Brownies on one of your Mino kills and is at this point that you can now run over to the "Cannon" (near the banker around the zone in area) and let the cannon shoot you up to Fort Mechantous. Then you run over (with invis on) and zone into The Steam Factory. Finding the Vendor Karri is easy if you shrink/invis.
At some point you will get the message that Your faction could not possibly get any better with Rebel Brownies on one of your Mino kills and is at this point that you can now run over to the "Cannon" (near the banker around the zone in area) and let the cannon shoot you up to Fort Mechantous. well .. been ally for long time.. believe I saw some new things on Karri with MM win now. The elite vendor now has rnk 3 stuff for sale.. but still do not see Emblem on Karri. I am well used to these disappointments with SOE ..<shrug> Not sure what else they want ... Someone posted that they had 2 MM wins.. and saw Emblem. Why would that make any difference over one win?

Direct zone in to Karri is from Fort Mechanotus at Loc -0.45, pos 1338.70, pos 397.55. Shrink and click the inside of the pipe...take you directly to her. To exit, shrink and click the pipe beside her.
Her loc inside Steamfactory is -26.03, pos 485.77, pos 113.62

Next to the furthest zone in to the Steam Factory is a small building with a pipe sticking out the back, shrink, click in, your at Karri. There is another pipe near Karri your can do the same with to get out.

Whereabouts would this Karri be? And anyone know of another good mob to check brownie rebel faction?
NVM, I found her. For those of you who are looking for her, she is next to Millik, who was listed on my map. The /loc is -26, 485, 111. I got there from what I think is the steam vent closest to the zone in to Fort Mech. I followed some very small tunnels, which required shrink.
There was a zone in right next to the brownies though, which is probably the easier way to get there. The entrance from Fort Mech is /loc 0, 1342, 398. Both zone lines are small tunnels that require shrink to access.
