She Summons and the drops she is common for are the hide and chain sof grp gear, that I have seen .
Immune to snare & enrages. Not much tougher than normal mobs beyond that.
Hester Valance has at least 3 different spawnspots, possible more. I have spawned her next to Captain Jenkins, and a little to the right next to a "hanging bed", sitting on the ground, and finally inside the house a little more to the right. All static spawns.
She hit me for max 1650, but even partially slowed and crippled, she triples and quads so keep the heals coming. Enrages. Dropped 2 leather, 2 plate, 1 chain bracer, and the map for us. Enjoy the info, people dont seem to post much about named in SOF, because alot of the loot is droppable?

I can confirm all three of these spawn locations.
We have killed her 5 times now and she's dropped the stupid map 4 of those 5 times. It's supposed to be her rare - I wish it would stay rare as we are after the bracers, and Silus is hiding form us.
