Based on how long it took to get the other faction levels Id say Im only just over Ally and not near max and all the things listed above that supposedly need max ally are listed as buyable from him. Dont need max ally only ally.

    The spell Arc of Arrows Rk.II is apparently and upgrade from the DODH spell misssion for level 68, which was basically impossible for a group of level 68's to ever complete no matter how uber they would have been for level 68. Are the other spells upgrades for the other class spells?

    I'm sure many of you were wonderring if the Suppliers sold more spells at MAX Ally, but alas, no they don't.

    BUT !!!

    You CAN buy 2 NEW items from him:

    Were-Orc Bone Shield Ornamentation (Container) for 5249pp
    "Placing a shield into this mold will permanantly change the look of the shield into that of the mold itself."

    *** Unfortunately at this time the container is bugged - no slots to place a shield into it atm - hopefully they fix this soon. ***

    As well as: *** can be purchased with a somewhat high ally faction ***

    finally, spent all day there and all night, I just now hit kindly faction, funny thing is apphrehinsive and indifferent was easy,. took 4 tasks to go from apphrinsive to indifferent, 4 more to go from indifferent to amiable, amiable took a little work but finally got thro it/ i would say it took me about 60 to 70 missions total for me to go from dubiosu to kindly. all i did tho was the goblin mission fight and flight and the enemy of my enemy is my friends quest. get 3 insignia go do turn ins,kill 20 goblins, get new task over and over. lol
    got rank 2 survival now, i;m happy. :o)

    did they nerf faction in the solo missions after patch ? i started today, did 20+ solo missions and i'm still dubious to Derak fangbreaker, i did all the missions they give at teh fangbraker camp from the goblin mission, to the were-orc, shadowman mission, the lost brother mission, the daring rescue mission.
    eiher they nerfed it or only specific missions give a lot of faction while the others give crappy faction.

    Took me roughly 30 solo missions and one group mission to make Ally.

    I seen other items on there also... but the above 3 are quest items so figured they were worth noting. The other stuff, like a Goblin Skull, looked just like trash or possibly something someone else had sold him.
