This must be the easiest to get the wrist item from. Spawns close to zone in and easy to clear the mobs around him. The only other wrist dropper that I tried was the guy in the mechamatic guardian which required more clearing and some prework to get the clicky ports in that instance.
He is up on our server right now right as you get to the spider area, far east side. I have also seen him in the jail area, so i think he can pop almost
anywhere.

This mob also cast Stormwind Lightning. I took 2009 initial dmg and 670 a tic for just over 2 minutes. Max hit on silk caster was 2106. Oh, and he summons.

He has numerous PH in the east side when you zone in, but the multiple worg with long stupid range aggro make it hard to get to him at times.
Saw him up after server reboot....thought I was getting a bracer. Got bazaar loot...shield. Bloodmoon Warrior Crest
