Killed him like 50 times now, never saw Ring of Healing Visions. But 45 Band of Corporeal Resurgence and like 5 Bejeweled Parrypoint. Also some elegant armor.

killed him first time and it dropped
I just killed him for the first time yesterday and he dropped the Ring of Healing Visions, so I can confirm he drops it. I must have been pretty lucky considering you killed him numerous times without seeing it.

Took him out duo'ing with a 76 monk, and an 80 shaman - wasn't too bad at all.. Dropped Band of Corporeal Resurgence

Took down with 76 War,Bst,Clr (all 200 aas and group geared) and 74 Wiz. Max hit was 1370 with and average of 300-800. Enraged at 10% and drops the BoCR regularly.

Anyone know how to spawn this guy or is he on a spawn timer?
He (like all nameds in this zone) can spawn in any spot that a mob of similar type spawns with any of those mobs acting as a PH. In this guys case any a clockwork overseer or a spiderwork scavenger has the chance for him to be the respawn after they die. Those are also the PHs for any other robot named. any doombug is PH for Dungore, and scarecrow is PH for Strawshanks, any wolf, snake or cat is PH for King Mustef or Witchkin etc etc etc :)
Wish I had read this post earlier as I was only killing the Overseers. Since reading, he spawns now far to often off any clockwork of similar level in the zone.
Soloed today 80 mage. took 2 tries but i got him. 3-4 casts of Rancorous Servant. Mend Companion and Frenzied Burnout rank 1 used once each. took me down to 10% mana (note only casted Rancorous Servant and pet heal through out battle) dropped Bejeweled Parrypoint, Saltpeter, Steel Beam, Micro Cog and Clockwork Gnome Gear.

Level has to be higher, killed him about 3 times so far tonight, he's been yellow to me everytime, 77 warrior.

Finally saw him up where Arachnotron spawns so took him down last night. Pet tanked with buddies cleric working heals. Hits pretty hard burned him down with 5 casts of rampaging servant. Conned white to me a 78 mage. Dropped Band of Corporeal Resurgence and some gears and such. Good luck =)
