4800 AC warrior max shielding. High hit of 5.2 defensive, 8.8 non defensive. Puts this dude closer to 10k hitter than 8k.

Dangerous Roamer...non agro, but 'fixes' mobs you're fighting...and when you're fighting mobs with as many hps as the cog marauders have...its pretty annoying. He walked up over the Cog Marauder , sucked the Marauder into him (so target vanishes) then it announces 'all fixed' and target reappears at 100% and angry

Adds are set to different status's for the named
Trooper = DPS
Mender = heals
Mechanic = Defensive
Reaper = Procs or AEs

I haven't been able to spot any emote or /say message from Octa the marks the moment he gets 'upgraded', I only spot the messages saying he Will be upgraded shortly:

I'm trying to find how long before the upgrades take effect, and to see from the parse exactly what they do.

OK, so far from what we can gather ...
Hits for 4300 max under defensive
Hits for 7900 max without defensive
AE Ramps
6.4k AE with knockback
Spawns adds called 'A Large Systems <xxxx>' which as they reach him let off the AE?? (not 100% sure about this), from reports couldnt be targeted or hurt ... will double check and post back later.
where xxxx = Trooper, Mechanic, Mender, Reaper
To engage him, you need to have a Raid attack him ... hard to move him from what raid gathered.

this mob seems to be a triggered raid target he cons indiff to anyone and is unhitable
