Spawn point is far left corner of the vent. think he even has a ph but still checking that. even with Levi yur stunned and he can hit ya while yur spinning. The Mana on the Signate Ring is 15 points more then other
Ok think I found out that this mob does have a PH. the Brownie Machanic is looking like the one. Just doesnt matter where either can spawn along any of the blocks along wall

He spawned for me at the pillar with 4 mobs nearest the spell vendor.
Immune to changes in his run speed
Does lev protect against his spin-stun?

He was pretty evil but fast kill, I believe the tank actually got stunned at end and mob randomly beat on other group members. Dropped a mage, wiz, necro, chanter ring but I was unable to save link. Will post when I do.
