One of the named pirates found on Blacksail Folly.
He is the PH for Rufus, the lvl 78 Rogue mob. He is at the same tent camp on the west shore as Reeking Iggy slasher, and Slouchin William Smythe. Every respawn of that tent camp there will be 3 named but Hubert might be replaced by Rufus. My experience tells me that its about 4 or 5 Huberts per 1 Rufus.
