Not for certain, but all the golems in there seem to summon so sure that he does as well. your gonna need a group :( and i had such high hopes i could sneak in there and take him out solo.

I disagree. The problem is not with the risk vs reward of this cloak, it's with the arcstone cloak that you're talking about. The arcstone cloak is far, far better than it should be considering the difficulty of the quest. Honestly I expected it to be nerfed after PoR was out a few weeks. This cloak is just about right for the risk vs reward. Its only problem is that it shares the same slot as the arcstone cloak.
