First...it's a he.
This is Lethar's firstborn son.
Second...why larger?
Lethar had assumed elven form for the purposes of seducing the child's mother (any other method of mating elf to dragon would be a bit...messy). It would seem the result was a child primarily of elvish size. Maybe it's like breeding dogs, where the size gene comes from the mother ;)

PS: "Reflective Skin" is an ability Dyn'Leth uses. It's the same mob as Dyn'Leth, Firstborn of Lethar, just the name changes when he uses it.

The loot is found in his chest - forget the name, but he always always drops the Elddar Moonlocket (for the Charm of Lore quest), and maybe drakkin parts :x
