Triggering the fight spawns lost souls, undead giant overlords, tormented souls, wailing souls, angry souls, and undead giants which will attack your raid in quick waves of 5-10.
"Breath of the Fallen" is a lifetap.
If "Reign of Decay", a frontal AE, is not cured in time, a 10k DD goes off on its target.

Think i'd have more fun watching paint dry, tough event.
