Since I don't see the loc of his spawn area, here it is: 1655.41, -1095.97, 185.11 And, yes, he has a ph sometimes, which I've noticed was a shaman gnoll for the most part. He stands at a lone column with a campfire infront of it not far from the east wall of the zone. Be cautious of wanderers; take them out first.
