I believe the "shield strike" spell he casts may be a short-ranged ae. My WAR was able to resist it 100% of the time at 650 magic, but my box-cleric and others in my group were getting hit by the spell. Really annoying fight.

Fought him twice last night (08/04) and he can switch PHs in that room.

I was flying through FC last night till i ran into this guy. Of course he saw through ITU and proceeded to beat me down. He casted a 1300 DD that has a FD component. So the good news is - you wont die right away - but you have to stand back up at some point (
sees thru invis and 70 rogue shroud. not sure about full-fledged 75 SoS. Spawned along wall in thin corridor on left side heading to Zek area so made it difficult even for a rogue to move around.
