yes, sony hires complete idiots to design everything... look no further than this quest npc and his kos 20 wolf/orc escort for proof of that. this is ridiculous, trying to catch him roaming enough away from all these other roamers so you can talk to him is nigh impossible... i managed to get the bear quest, but i've spent 40 mins now following him and have not been able to turn the quest in yet cuz the other mobs are never pathing far enough away... this sh*t blows =/

He's outside the fort, to the NW, up on the hill. Completely surounded by wolves.
