First quest in the series from Lawwe requires you to run around Crecent Reach and Sunderrock Springs and hail a number of NPCs.
Second Quest in the series is "Tears of the Betrayed" where you Talk to the drake in Crecent reach who gives you a Crystalized Dragon Tear. You then have to go to the west wing in ashengate where the Bruning Dragon weeps (middle of the bridge where elementals roam) and use the Tear to spawn and hail the Spirit of the Betrayed, then go back and talk to Lawwe again.
Third quest is "Showing How Much You Cairn" where you loot cairn stones from Ashengate, Vergalid Mines, and Direwind Cliffs, and then return them to Lawwe.
The quests give xp and positive faction to Circle of Crystalwind.
