I dunno WTF the dude under me is talking about, but they DO summon. They hit my 72 Necro for 1907. They hit very fast, and Wild Rampage, however, they walk extremely slow to begin with, luckily I was able to FD at 18% HP.
Do not say thing don't summon unless you take it from 100% to 0% without being summoned, mmk? Makes you look like an ass. Thx.

Not reading carefully makes YOU look like an ass. The previous poster did not say that this mob DOES NOT summon. He simply said that it did not summon him, and that may very well have been the case for his own situation. K thx.
Well the player was wrong, because it does summon. Mobs will always summon if they can and are damaged. Don't come here and claim they don't summon if all you did was snare them. EVERYONE knows mobs don't summon unless they are damaged.
