24 hour repop timer from what i have seen
Saw him up and decided to kill him.
Starts with 2 Blight Pyre Golem guards. Another spawns at about 85, then 50, then 20 and then 10.

Any info on this mob at all? Location / spawn time, hit points, rampage, aoe effects, slowable, how many people it takes to kill? Any strats on this please?

The golems hit for up to 6k (mostly 4kish) it seems, Nareseekin hit for 6.5k on me (monk)
During the fight golems spawn, seemed a bit random when they spawned thoug.
The golems also occationaly AE fear, wich make this fight alot more interesting and you better clear alot of the area where you fight him.
