To spawn Xacine kill the 4th wandering mob "A green legion corpsetender"
Note: There are mobs that wander short distances up and down the ramp. Starting from the top the 4th wandering mob is the PH. The 3rd wandering mob also walks by you and its a priest so it will heal if it comes around. So its a good idea to kill it.
the green legion corpsetender hits for around 300 dmg
the priest of vergalid casts a lot but hits for around 300 DMG
Xacine hits for around 900 to 1300 DMG
standing right where the label is you wont get adds. I solo and let them come from the EAST as when they get in aggro range they will not bring any adds. IF they are coming from the WEST invis and let em pass otherwise you will get adds from the wandering mobs aggro proximity.
When Xacine spawns she is not harder than either of the place holder's because she does cast a lot. I never drop below 90% life and 50% mana fighting her.
Im a Lvl 80 SHD with 17,000 non buffed hp and 14,000 mana and 3,100 AC, Max AA
I also do a total of 49dmg with my dmg shield from armor, I use the coldain ring to activate it. I go in self buffed only so that I know i can take the camp. It is a long camp as the 110hp aug is rare.
Final thoughts and notes:
Respawn time is approx 25min it varies a little.
Corpsetender spawn loc is about 100 feet to the east of Label down the ramp.
The place holders are light blue at lvl 80
The Dark blue mobs hit for 1300 ish and I cant take a dark blue + one add so if you get a dark blue solo you're fine but if you get an add snare the one you want to fight and flop.
I suggest having 4 lifetaps up in case things go bad with getting adds you can make a decision to try and finish off the mob you're on or to flop.
I know this post is long but I gave all the info including a label that I WISH I had when I started camping this mob cause I hate feeling unsure If I am in the right spot or not especially when it can take a while to get the named to spawn

Tried to kill her myself, and she didn't cast as much as I thought she would. Got her to 80% in about 30 seconds and she stopped casting.
Looks like the Vergalid Scale drops of random mobs, seen 3 drop one day all off mobs other then Xacine who had nadda Scale when i killed him.
But spends a lot of time casting so its not a huge issue...no harder to kill then the other corpsetenders.

Immune to snare, root, and slow. Doesn't enrage. Casts a lot (very little melee dps)
Xacine spawn location:
In the locked area, near the top of the big spiral. Usually set up camp at the very top of the spiral. Right there is a wanderer (either a necro or cleric green legion mob). Nearby is a yellow-con bone golem that I recommend you kill as well. Just out a ways, two green legion corpsetender/priests wander -- one (or both?) of those are PH's for Iico the Wanderer (druid type, easy kill since she casts the whole time). As you head down the spiral, at the first elbow (90 degree right turn), there is "a spawn of vergalid" flanked by a bone golem and a green legion something (random, can be elite, priest, assassin, corpsetender). Spawn of Vergalid is a PH for Har`Lak the Ancient. That on hits hard and fast, need to be fairly mighty to kill that one. After taking that right turn, there will be a bone golem on the left at a little crest of a hill. If you stand there and look down, you can see a couple of wanderers (corpsetender/priest types) that wander down a couple turns of the spiral. One (or both?) of those is/are the PH for Xacine. Plenty of other static trash mobs I didn't mention that need clearing to get to there, but basically Xacine is the 5th or 6th wanderer from the top of the spiral.
Engaging Xacine:
The most challenging part of the Xacine fight is pulling her. She tends to just sit in one place and chain cast. With that said, once you finally get her where you want, burn her down before she runs oom and it's a very simple fight. She seems to have a whole lot of mana so this shouldn't be that difficult.
Drop rate:
Over the course of about 40 hours, I killed Xacine 20 times. On the 20th kill, she finally dropped the aug. The rarity of the aug (if that's the only thing you're there for) is quite frustrating. Xacine drops power sources of all kinds as well.
Recommendations:
First and foremost, I recommend that your puller have lev of some sort and check the timer before running out to pull! I also recommend placing a mage at the top of the spiral for quick access to the camp and to call friends to ninja unwanted gear (just remember to invis, the green legion wanderer doesn't see invis).
Overall, this area is an outstanding xp camp that yields a fair number of powersources in a nice, secluded camp. If you have the DPS to just sit at the top of the spiral and pull to there, you can camp 3 named at once in relative safety. Har`Lak drops a nice dagger (19/19) that actually looks halfway decent to boot. With my standard group (cleric, epic1.5 bard, epic 1.5 warrior, top end raid geared BL) I can just barely keep the PH's for Iico, Har`Lak and Xacine cleared.

That's really funny actually. This mob's name is an anagram put in game for this wizard, and is one of a few in here that is based off player names.

Outstanding info. It took a little familiarization with the zone to "see" the landmarks you describe but once I got familiar your guide hits the nails right on their heads.
Worth noting too that navigating this zone isn't bad, even with the SI undead mobs. Their aggro range is relatively small, I've been able to move between two of them (one on each side of the "road.") Any form of sneak definitely helps. Plus wall-climbing like Spider-Man is a godsend. Get lev and crawl up as high as you can on walls; I've never had a mob aggro as long as I'm at least a couple meters above them on the wall. You can actually make it from the keyed zone in to the camp spot without using even sneak, if you take advantage of the upper walls.

I have solo'd her many time trying to get the aug so far i have killed her half a dozen times and have not goten the aug. She roams on the top floor of the spireal and the greenlegion corpse tender is her placeholder. She is not all that hard if you hav good resists she will cast half the fight, key to soloing her is to keep her alone. another mob corses her pathing so you have to time it just right but it can be done if your well geared. Im at 11.5k unbuffed and i can normaly take her without geting to low with potions epic and mend. hope this helps
I saw him a while ago on the ramp going down to vegalad or w/e. He is about midway down that spiral ramp. Im going to tryu and farm this guy, i will give an Update on a loc asap
Someone please post a Loc on this guy, or at least a idea of approx where it spawns. Already know its beyond the locked door, just need to get a idea where.

Does anyone know what the loc or PH is for this mob? I gained access to the chamber behind the statue. I assume it's in there? Anyone?
