I took him and his two guards on at once. Click Epic, Auspice of the Hunter, Deadfall Rk.II, (summoned at this point), Weapon Shield, adjust position, Arc of arrows, HoT pot, Outriders Accuracy, Guardian of the Forest, finished him, then his buds, in that order. Maximum Burnage the whole time, with self heals as needed. Dropped boots and some trash. All the AA spells were max level.
Before the above attempt, I tried to get him solo (by acccident) by aggroing the guards and he didn't aggro as he was a little far away. I finished the guards off, and while medding they repopped.
I had my wizzy around for an emergency evac in case I needed it, but lucked out. Fun fight.
BTW, max hit by Bloodfoot was 2522, minimum was 466 on about 19.4 K HP, 3360 AC Ranger. His guards hit for 160 to 850 ish regtion. So the two together were no slouch, and I had them beating on me while I was dealing with the boss (no fancy root tricks), toe to toe with the three the whole time.

I have killed a few times. When he spawns with a wep in hands he will drop the chopper.
Also , he spawned on the second ledge down once....when I finally got him split from his guards and killed him, he dropped Evergleam gauntlets.
Every time he spawned at the top he dropped either chopper of warbound boots.
The only time he spawned on ledge he dropped the gauntlets, which I dont see on his loot table as of yet.

As of tonight, dropped Kobold Hide (quest) and portal rock (NoTrade Quest)
Blackfoot SUMMONS.
If you wait until his two buddies are at the maximum distance from him they do not come when you pull him. We pulled him single twice last night with no trouble at all. Once aggro pull, once with arrow.
Dropped boots both times

My group killed him twice already and I was the one that pulled him both times and so the following information is accurate as of Monday 25 Sep 06.
Background:
He roams around the north west area of the zone near-ish to the wizard spires and even goes up on that little plateau where the mammoths roam around just south of the spires. He travels with two non named Kobold buddies that have large proximity aggro with him and generally follow him everywhere. He roams south to the caves on both sides of the valley in a sort of oval but when he is near the wizard spires he is always dead center of the valley and doesnt come close enough so that if you are sitting and medding at the spires you wont get aggro. If you are kiting mammoths on that plateau then you will draw prox aggro from them.
The boss does summon during melee and does cast some sort of nukes and whatnot but is mostly a melee mob. Our tank said he did around 2500 max dmg on melee which is sort of average for all the normal named mobs in Icefall. He did not have any kind of outrageous HP at all and pretty much just a straight forward fight. Just the common rampage enrage, the usual stuff.
He does not summon you if you only do a tiny bit of damage when pulling, like some mobs do in Devastation. I was bellowing several times when working out a split strategy and each one of those does around 10-40 dmg.
STRAT
He CAN be split from his guards. I did it both times I pulled him although it took some trial and testing to do. I used a combination of mez and snare on his guards to separate him from them. Ppl say they are tethered but its not exactly an old-school tether where they are tied together but more of a social proximity aggro that is greater for them than for the other surrounding Kobolds.
I targeted his guard and led off with mez. IF one guard was mezzed I pulled the boss and the second guard far-ish away from the mezzed one which was easy because they run fast. I had immediately started a mez on the second guard or at least snared him and pulled the Named to my group. Before I passed aggro to my group, I faded off aggro from his two guards and we engaged him solo both times with no adds.
The key here is that his guards must be much further away from their boss than the normal aggro range for kobolds in order to not get social aggro by the time they come out of their mez and mem wipe. They will rejoin their boss if he is anywhere near-ish to them. I would estimate about triple normal kobold prox aggro range or more.
On the first time we beat him, I pulled one guard first using the same tactic but I snared the named and mezd one guard and we killed one guard first.
The guard kobolds will not roam once he is dead and will sit at their mem wipe spot forever I guess. We always took our time with them once the named was dead and just cleared them to prepare for the next respawn.
We only saw the boots drop.

might be just a coincidence, but three times now i've been kiting around wiz portal and no bloodfoot. Then I kill Berzok the Recluse and within 30 seconds Bloodfoot and his 2 guards came out of the cave. So maybe (not sure) Berzok is a trigger mob for Bloodfoot...

As far as I have seen it Bloodfoot does not has a PH, but Blackfoot has.
I have killed Bloodfoot many times and it seems that he, once killed, respawns after 2 hours.

He cons blue to 75 and has 2 lightblue con guards as pet. You can FD split the guards if you train Bloodfoot a couple of yards away, the guards run very slowly. Max hit of Bloodfoot was in the 2500 ish range.
Bloodfoot spawns in the NW section of the zone near the Gnoll cave and roams between cave ramp and the spires.
Dropped a Bloodfoot Chopper and second time some 175 HP Plateboots.
