Any of the archers north of the gate are a PH for her. I have seen her pop at several locations when camping north of the gates.
She hits about the same as the other named in the zone, nothing special about her.
The mob named "A Black Legion Warrior" will deathcamp for a very, very long time on an FD pc. The rest all seem to path back to spawn within a minute or two.
We usually set up camp at loc 2480 560 and pull to there, it is a little cove that hides you from the pathing Mercenary. We usually start with him and then just pull the 6 archers in that little camp, and then the two other mobs in tent there as well. This gives you a total of 8 or 9 mobs to kill in roughly twenty minutes, perhaps spawn time is a little less I have never timed it.
The earring drop rate varies a lot. Have seen her drop it three times in a row, then nothing for ten kills. A guildy told me she has seen it drop at a higher rate, perhaps 1 in 4 or so on average. Kendra has dropped the book for us once (range item) in 40ish kills.

Does she have a specific spawn spot / ph or can she spawn from any black legion spot?
