he is on the map from mapfiend site , not really near the zone in
He is a random spawn in place of other Black Legion drakkin,
so can be anywhere between the gate and the mountain.
Mapfiend is good to let you know the area,

may i get some info. first can he be soloed duoed? trioed? grouped? also does he summon? cast spells if any what does he cast. max hit. how often does he spwan. and does he have any freinds nerby
Can he be grouped? Most groups could take him out from low end to high end. Could he be trio'd? Absolutely, would take some decent played characters, possible though. Duo'd? Of course, some good duo like a monk/shaman would beat his head in. Solo'd? hmm.
Does he have friends nearby? Yes, but he's easily singleable.
