He is rootable and snareable, but he does summon. Hits me (75 druid) for about 900. His pet boils off in one nuke, though it could rarely actually hit me.

Does anyone have any info on this guy? Like where he spawns, does it summon? Rootable/snareable/slowable? What spells does it casts? Any info would be much appreciated thanks :)
