Eyon Swougius is just West of the North Ro gate part of a group of 3 merchants that sell spells, she's the middle one.

Has anyone been able to find here for the spells listed that mages need (less than level 50 spells) on the Time Progression Servers, Fippy and Vulak'Aerr?

I have tried and most of the NPC's listed on the in game maps I have are not up.

Thanks for any help.

Eyon Swougius ,,, map Loc. -1335.65,-57.47,8.32
Extreme Southern point of East Free Port Map (center/south) is a walled Inclosure that has the Exit to RO DESERT ...... You can try and use the FIND Button and select RO DERSERT .... however,,, if Mysterious Forces are preventing you from finding ect. ,,, then look on Map... it is the ONLY EXIT to RO DESERT from East FREE PORT,,, she is in this walled area, near the wall on the West side ... when entering the Walled Area from EAST FREE PORT ..... TURN RIGHT (West) ... you will pass a (Un-Named TOWN CRYER) standing on a patio about 10 feet above you (can get there from steps),,, keep going(stay near wall (wall should be on your Right) then you come to several Merchants ,,, Eyon is the 2nd or Middle one.... If you enter from RO DESERT , then TURN to LEFT and proceed around wall (keep wall to Left) and you will find her near top left of area......... :-)

sorry if this appears a little vague and the directions seem confusing to some,,, it is the Best I can do :P

Just follow them carefully, don't just scan them.
In addition, another way to get to the same place would be...
1. START at the DESERT of RO zone IN East Freeport.
2. Orient yourself due North
3. Turn West 30°
4. Run forward about 25 paces
You should be standing at her feet.

Go to East Freeport use the find function look for the Town cryer named Lindie Rains follow the yellow path to her then go southwest a little bit and you will see 3 merchants Eyon Swougius is the one in the middle.

This is the south center part of the zone... near the Desert of Ro zone line...

My previous post failed to mention I'm on a progression server. This vendor does not exist yet as of Kunark expansion. However, to correct the above the ns loc is -1335 and she is very close to n ro zone by some crates.
