Spawns indifferent. I was able to sit and rest up before engaging. However the time it took to regen from 5% mana to 90% he despawned (roughly 2 minutes). Given he doesn't summon, I'd recommend rooting him after a 60-90 secs to prevent that.
When I tried to solo the 3 Oroshar forms, I was very surprised to find out that this form does NOT summon. Nor does it spawn adds. Actually, it doesn't have much HP either. The first 2 forms are a pain, but this one is cake unless you're almost wiped from the 2nd.

I think the level is wrong for him .... he cons the new light blue to me as a 71 Beastlord. Unless this is a recent change or not I am not sure of but I definitely know he con LB from killing him 8 times so far.
BTW, anyone need the Bracer? Got a few rotting on my trader on Stromm :P
