Killed this just now.
It was the last piece I needed for the flesh charm, but the chest didn't spawn.
Dropped the gloves.
Solo I tether instant nuked the adds one by one and took a couple charms in the process but I never died.
Brought in a pally/chanter and the chanter took the charm, pally tanked, I nuked, we lost at 40% due to charm going off again.
Came back with an extra wizard and a rogue and a cleric (complete overkill) and destroyed him.
But he still didn't pop the chest.
I wonder if the adds dying before him had anything to do with it.

i have killed titanothon and not recieved a chest before, my guess is that it's just a random bug within the extremely badly designed zone known as the devastation.
Useless, destroyable, memory intensive walls/ballistas/enviornments was one of the worst ideas sony ever came up with. they should remove them from this zone, maybe then i could get through it without going Linkdead

Since the mobs are tethered, we typically take out the walls and ballista at range to start with. By the time we take out the minions and med up for the Vooersalor, the ballista always seems to respawn in midfight. Last time it happened I timed it as a 14 minute respawn.
Edit: Must just have been coincidence that it came out so exact; I checked earlier logs and the timing was different. I think this must be another nearby catapult or something that's casting it. But it never fails: partway through the boss fight this thing lobs 8K on everyone, and some of us just don't have that much to start with! :| "You have been slain by Ballista!"

we downed him and we couldnt open the chest, got a message "you have not yet earned the right to rummage through these bones"

he's not Level 75 he's blue to me (lvl 75 wiz) so 74 i think
Arrow down a wall or 2 and fight him and his adds where they spawn, they all have low hp, a chest with razorthorn access bones pops. Although it has been buggy and we sometimes cant open the chest.

Drops tacvi equivilent 265hp/mana stuff, single target charm proc, gotta OT or kite the 4 adds, if they get tethered he gets completely healed and dispelled.
He also casts Choking Gascloud
Which lucy says is single, but he always hit me with it. He also single target charms. His 5 adds max hit around 1.4k or so.
Now I know what he's for though.

Hit me for 3605 max with all dod mitigation aa's.
He has 4 or 5 or so A Shilliskin General that are all leashed to the location like he is. Its a very short leash too.
