anyone know if hes a rare spawn? ive been killing the guests, rats and werewolfs for a few hrs in the guest room.. ive gotten 3 sleepy guests to spawn but no exhausted guests...
got him to spawn about 20 mins after i posted this lol

Not Rare but somewhat uncommon. I cleared the 2nd guest room on the right and the center back room about 50 times and he spawned about 5 times and didnt drop the aug Azure Drop once.

Dropped shield, Glowing Rune, and a Pouch of Curses, gratz to Bigox on FV (he said it would be cool if i mentioned him =-)

I've spent a couple dozen hours camping guest rooms here.
Both Exhausted and Sleepy spawn of any place where "a guest of dreadspire" can spawn. Those spots also spawn "a shadowmane representative" and "a rat".
In addition to the loot listed above, Exhausted can very rarely drop a Formal Dinner Invitation.
Shield is Exhausted's common loot and augment is rare. Ratio for me was about 5-to-1.

I killed the green rat in the first room on the left (left side) and shortly after this guy spawned ...but i think this zone is all random spawns, sorry

So, we know this spawns in one of the guest areas inside the keep. Someone said it was the left area. Can anyone provide more specific information about in which room or in which area of guest rooms we can find this mob?

I believe it can pop from any of the Guest of Dreadspire spawn locations (so any guest room)
