Here is a tip for splitting the camp. If you stand to the far north, so that Kayla is south of you and Shayla is south of her (and Jayla and Tayla are off to the west (right), if you root or otherwise agro Kayla, only Shayla will come to her aid.
Thus, if you can root Kayla, Shayla will run and you can take her on, one on one. Then you can kill Kayla afterwards, assuming you root holds long enough.
Finally, you can then root one of Jayla or Tayla and take on the other.
Do this quickly and you can med up and be ready for Shayla (who should thus pop first) before the others and then just repeat the cycle.
One last tip. As you are gathering necklaces, WRITE DOWN WHOSE YOU HAVE. You woul dnot believe how hard it can be to keep track in your head of 4 rhyming names. Once you have the 4 necklaces, cruise back to Kelethin and grab your reward, but if you don;t write it down you're almost certain to get 3 and then be confused as to whom you need to kill.

Kayla and her sisters are found near the enterance to Mistmoore, they are the renegade daughters of a Paladin of Felwithe. This paladin, their father, can be found wandering the tiers of Kelethin, distraught over his daughters choice of allegiance.

This Chicks are some awesome solo exp if you can handel them
I was killing time earlier tonight and stumbled over the sisters camp. Didn't know about the quest so I sold the loot, Darn it!
I was running my 12th. level Wood Elf Ranger, and they all conned green to me. I was bored so I decided to kill them anyway.
Hit the first with an arrow for 5 pts. and then started whacking away with 1HS. Easy kill, and the others never moved. Moved in close for the remaining girls. I think I took maybe 5% damage total from all of them.
You should get an increase in faction from the Bandits just for killng them! If I was a bandit, I'd be embarassed to be connected to them.

These foo's are the only overcons in all of Norrath or Luclin. Went there with a motley crue of one level 8 warrior and several level 2's and 3's at level 10. (BTW, were fighting Jayla and Kayla). First they owned the warrior while I sort of battered them with my modest Screaming Mace, and then Jayla jumped on me while the newbs were picked off one by one. Took Jayla down to half health when the last newb went down, then I finally delved into my mana reserves and killed Jayla while they whacked me a good one(was probably 1/2 health when I took first down). Then went OOM while fighting this foo, my mace finally procked and I ripped her apart like a daisy cutter through a piece of paper. (probably had a half bubble when I won, but I won!) The thing I never understood was, why are they so pathetic, and just what was I thinking bothering going on that misguided little trip?
Well, anyway, soon the newbies sent tells to me, complaining that they NEEDED their stuff and the big mean monster kept killing them when they came back. So me and this stupid warrior(he organized trip) had to drag their corpses back. We made one successful trip, but the second time we tried to bring back the stuff I heard this(not pasted, so it may look inaccurate. Names have been changed to protect the stupid)

First off, OUCH!
They do over con I'm 14 druid and it tells me it's a gamble. WHAAAA? I harmony, pull, root, nuke. If they break they maybe take me down one health bubble and that's only if I don't cast spells once they break

Actually, half elves CAN be crossbreeds of High Elves and Humans. Try being a Half Elf Paladin of Tunare, you are from Felwithe.

i am not sure how often they drop these gems but my friend and i were camping the sisters and picked up 2 in one setting. topaz sell for 4pp to any merchant.
