Grumblebum stares deeply into your eyes looking for fear.
Grumblebum's corpse spins on its right leg before dropping to the floor.

Yep. I saw him spawn on the ramp at zone and wander that area.
I have seen him spawn in several different places. I assume he cal pop in place of any orc.

was 3 boxing on bridge at ent. this guy popped dropped bracer, was a long fight.

he wanders the middle walkway, past the undead, before the bat tower and Arturo. We killed him there today. From the above photo, it appears that his path takes him quite far, since that is the ballroom.

He's also spawned as one of static orcs that guard the Lab. I suspect he can spawn off any orc in the zone.
Poped for us by Doorman as one of the wandering Orcs.

Spent an hour trying to clear to him (8 minute repop), and dropped a 170 hp bracer caster bracer thats barely a mana upgrade to the seeker bracer, and is an ac downgrade. The itemization is horrible so is the layout of DK. The mob also had an insane amount of hps. More than 3x that of RS named for sure.

seemed identical to the other named ive fought in Dreadspire. they all have a lot more hp then normal mobs, and hit harder. course some have diff ae then others.
