Killed him today solo for revenge after he stomped my Rogue's but. He dropped a Greater Shadowspine rune, for lvl 68 spells, along with the Rogue wearable shoulder item and some other junk stuff inculding the Gemstone of Emperor Sandvarrow.

Spawns adds called "an enraged hatchling" which may be health-based, two at a time? (first set appears at 90%?).
On aggro: Drithnak the Exiled says 'Be gone from my sight, weakling. I strike you down as I will your comrades, _____.'
On a kill: Drithnak the Exiled licks its lips just before it plunges fangs into the corpse.

'an enraged hatchling' spawns during this event. Looks like they come two at a time. First set spawned at about 90%, I wasn't expecting adds so I just zoned into dreadspire at that time and gave up (as previously stated, the crap loot isn't worth the effort, especially when you have to deal with CC in addition to a 5.5k hitter).
6 boxed him pretty easily. Warrior popped fort, sk took aggro for ramp ( i didnt see him ramp tho.. maybe a few times ). Clerics were 5.5 sec rotationing, popping epic clickees / divine arb when neccassary. took a bit, but in about 5 min he died... mage just nuked it to death, raging servant on GoM procs.. (ftw), shm slowed during fort, (at start) then landed turgur later on. Shmmy popped Ghost of Renewal when needed.. over all pretty fast and easy fight :p.

Was up in the area today, he was up. Wandering the Cocoon near DK Enterance. IF anyone was wondering, he does hold the Hammer when he drops it. Hammer looks like Hammer of Hours (PoTime). Icy look w/ particle effect.

was up there with a group and we saw him, didn't knwow he was a raid mob, hit me for 5.5k with 21% shielding. didn't take him long to wipe my group.
