the other person that give the Ivy quest is Gandari... she is in one of the buildings near Leaf Falldim.. As far as I know, he doesn't move around. I have all I need to complete the Ivy Etched leggings, just waiting for daytime so that I can give it to him... hate these undead here, they can be a pain sometimes.

The other NPC that gives the helm, tunic, sleeves, and bracer is Gandari who is in a house by Leaf.

What faction do you need to complete these quests? I hope it's not protectors of pine or jaggedpine treefolk :(

No, you do not have to be a ranger to complete these quests. You will simply need good faction with the givers of the quests. Class armor quests can be completed by anyone, they just can't use the armor.
