as i was offtanking and killing adds I didn't get the 5 of mob when adds spawn. We had waves of 3 guess 4 waves at all.
Get raid adequate postioned to evade AEs - tank off and kill the adds (low HP 10k-ish I guess max - hit for max 800)
Allmobs are undead - so pallies are your frined as offtanks.

we were doign thsi with 18 peeps 2 clerics 1 UBER MT was RANGED fight everyone just started shooting at him while MT tanked him away
some adds comming at us i just slowed them on inc and tank a few slowed its easy dropped hammer and somethign else for us not sure wat it was :) but remember RANGE RANGE fight

Doesnt hit very hard, under 2k non defensive; doesnt have alot of hitpoints.
Spawns adds (multiple 'a harsh wind'), we only saw about 3-4 of them but we wiped around 80%, they each hit for a max of ~800. Adds proc Freezing Blast (-300 MR check, 1k DD, 70% snare)

I believe something is wrong about the Lucy data. It says you get a 127 point damage shield and 127% haste. These values generally are the game's limit for stats so it makes sense that the discrepencies would show up as either that or zero but they are obviously mis-set in general. Don't get your hopes up everybody else =P

Still cant find this mob... Is it a mini in Vishi raid or?? A raid instance that you get after killing yar`lir?

It's spawned in a mission gotten in the last stage of DoN progression; a 24-person miniraid.

Missing Freezing Breath(I think that's the name) AE/DoT... will look up what it does once Lucy's comes back up.
