Her loc is 1012, -865, 12.
It is behind the stage in a square field area to the east of the South Gate before you go to the desert. Hope this helps.

she is easily found with a find command under trade skill quest and her full name is Artisan Vivian Selgan. i looked for vivian and didnt see her on tracking or the find first. till i noticed artisan before her name.

What faction is Vivian on? As a human mage, hometown Freeport, she's apprehensive to me and won't give the quest for DoN armor...
I spent a few hours killing orcs in the commonlands, turning in picks to Vallan, er, whatever his name is at the toll gate, turned in all the DS belts I could loot, buy and beg, and have repaired my Militia faction. Still no change from apprehensive to Vivian Selgan. I even turned in rat whiskers!
I also had a guildy and his friend take Vivian out to see what the faction hit was, and there was none. My apologies if someone on Stromm was needing her at that time...
If anyone has any clue as to what to do to improve faction with her, please post!

I am indifferent to most, but dubious to others. The ones I am dubious to are also Coalition of Tradefolk and Tradefolk Underground faction. If you have killed Hadden for his Fishbone Earring (as I have) you will have to do some faction fixing I think. Hope this helps.
As a further note, decided that even though Freeport is my hometown, maybe I should try in Qeynos. Bingo! Got the TS quests there!
She may be on merchant faction.
She is ally to me.
I am max ally to Knights of Truth, Priests of Marr, and the normal (good) merchants in Freeport.
An alt is kindly to her and to FP merchants so it is probably merchant faction.
