Common drops are Supple and Facade, about 70% of the time. Despair is about 40%, so not bad if that's what you're going after. Drops 1 rune damn near every kill, to boot.

Anyone have an idea how what is reward the most? Looking to do it for the despair but dont wanna waste weeks if not that often of a drop.
