how to spawn guard stald after turnign in not to prak
Their one "a guard" at front gate to HHK in highhold pass. if you sit around long enough he will say "Ive done my time. Im going for a drink" he wanders to the bar which is to right as you face
kill him and Guard stald should spawn. for me he spawned at top of world merchant building loc 184, 626.

Guard Stald spawns at either the front gate, beside the Tiger's Roar, or beside Top of the World. When you bring him a badge, he gives you a note to return back to Qeynos.

Anyone know the spawn time on this guy. I have been camping him for a week now and still haven't seen him. Do I have to kill a place holder or something.

I'm wondering if the highpass citizens or guards aggro when you attack him.

I realize this probably won't help you more than half a year later, but for those reading this now...yes. The other guards will attack you if you attack Stald, and they are much tougher than he is.
Consider pickpocketing the badge...but you will have the same problem if he catches you. Do it near the zone line so you can exit quickly if need be.

Is that lvl right? He conned red to my lvl 15 Enchanter. So I think it's just a tiny bit more.

Hmm, this sounds wrong to me. The quest involving "Stald's Badge" says you kill this guard, and take his badge to a guy in the golden rooster, or one of the other buildings in Highhold pass. I can't imagine this guy would be too happy if you give him the badge you looted off of his corpse.
