casts Infected Bite http://lucy.allakhazam.com/spell.html?id=6005&source=Live along with all the other chimera in the zone

Have yet to see him pop in Chailak's room like it is marked on most ingame maps.
However,
He does have 2 ph's in the room near the riftseeker camp. Down the steps the way you come up from clearing to camp, to the left is a round room. Pyrilen in middle, 2 chimera, one on left and one on right.
Both of those chimera's are ph's for Venomtail.
RS camp usually pulls them, or if they don't know about those spawn spots, statue group comes down and nabs them.

However,

If your group is capable of doing exp in RSS it should be able to take out this chimera as well - not harder than a regular mob really =)

Pretty sure to get to this mob you invis and go up stairs and follow wall to the left. Then its the first room on the left.
There were no see invis on the way although a few roamers, in the room were 3 along left hand side and 2 on the right hand side, again none saw invis.

To get to this guy, go up three flights of stairs, take a right, in that room (aneuk should be on the left) take a left, and inside the next room you get to, directly on your left, is the PH.
