Is it just me or are the drops listed wrong?
He drops Dragorn Commoners Ring and Earring of Fanciful Hope...Conqueror's Cape drops off Ornaia the Foul....at least in my experience
of Vallon Zek, Sebilis, Venril Sathir, Antonius Bayle, and now Toukan of Povar

Go to the statue where Tiorpat Tornwing spawns, real easy to get there from zone in. Behind that statue(a few yards West) is a small clearing where you'll find a single pullable A Dragorn Laborer IIRC who is Dragorn Laborer's ph. Set up camp there, you'll have 3 (4 if you want to try & take on Tiorpat) named nearby: Dragorn Laborer, Granitsmash (ph is A Baleful Stoneworker), Ornaia the Foul (ph is An Elite Ikaav Scorcon). Respawn is quite fast, very good location to farm runes/ attuneable items

Loc of PH for Dragorn Laborer is (680, -435).
Ok - I went there and didn't catch that his PH could also be a Dragorn guard. The DG spawned RIGHT next to a quest NPC - which no one mentioned which gave us the willies. We gave up the camp and moved on, not being sure we were at the right spot.

Ring is common, Earring rare.
Normally drops lesser or minor runes though once he dropped muramite rune.
