Post MessageFought her last night while camping sig mob. She conned even at level 75, and dropped the mana/endurance aug +70.

only got her to spawn once but she dropped a glowing and those claws...I lewted both
The Charm spell is called "Pyrilen Charm"
She quads for 1500. Has a single target charm which she casts upon aggro. A 10.5 or better tank can handle the fight as long as your healer is on their toes. Located at the statue camp. Same place as the researcher.The charm is simply called "Pyrilen Charm"

A lot of good information about encounters with this mob, but I am noticing no spawn location. Would anyone be so kind as to give that information? Much obliged.
How hard does she it and is the charm really the only problem?
IS there anything that will dispell the charm after it lands?

Sure--just have your tank leave their top buff slot open. Then when they get charmed, have one of your group members hit them with Dispell Magic. This spell will knock out whatever's in that first slot, so make sure that your tank leaves that slot open.

killed 3 times in about 2 hours. dropped glowing rune 2 claws and an aug
We had her tonight, and she had the claws, and had 3 of our group charmed at a time... was nasty.

First time we pulled the Summoner, she charmed me (70 Warrior) and proceeded to use me to beat down everyone in the group. So after CR we buffed up MR and FR just in case and tried it again. Same result. My MR and FR were both at about 350, mind you. So - we get a bard and voila - resist charm - smackdown Summoner.
Second spawn - we're prepared for charming, rush her, and lo and behold, she pops out a monster pet (murkglider) and starts nuking/meleeing. She was a Mage. Cool, paranoia from charm disappears as fast as her hp.
Third spawn - still paranoid about charming - rush in - no pet, no charm, just straight melee. Warrior class i'm guessing.
In short, I'm guessing any class might be possible, not only caster but melee as well.
Oh and she dropped a 70/70 mana/end aug for ears, fingers, NOT lore the first time; some 17/19 bst/mnk claws with ykesha proc or something like that the 2nd and 3rd times we killed her. Gratz rot!

I had this problem as well with the charming. Perhaps there is a pattern here, as the only times she didn't charm she had the BL weapon. Perhaps the one with the weapon spawns as melee, the one with the augment is the charmer.

nope had the weapon and was a charmer when we killed her tonight. then had the aug and pet next time we killed her the same night.
