definately single groupable. He spawns in Taromani's room, the chimera on the right is the ph, and others won't assist him.

How hard he hits, I can't remember. Been way too long. But was average with other named in the zone.

You need to be 69 to zone in.

We killed it twice tonight in a row and got 2 BPs. 2nd time it dropped a Glowing rune too. Ive only killed him 4 times total and 3 BPs so far. Seems to be common to me.
