OK I get there and he won't talk to me...he won't charm either...so I gate out to lose aggro. I go back I try again...still nothing. So I kill him and 90 minutes later he repops. Hit him with Command Of Tunare immediately. Hailed him he spoke and I asked about The tribe of the dead then handed him Niera's Research notes and recieved both Red Dogwood Seed and Living Brambles seed. Gated out immediately since he loses charm and roams to guards who kill him and then come for you

Am doing this as I type this. Put out the charm, and it told me
'This NPC cannot be charmed!'
So I killed the bear, and waited ... been 55 minutes and no bear respawn. Will go back in 35 minutes to see if it is 90 minute respawn.

As I wasn't able to find much info on where I figured I would help out.
I found him in the North Eas section of zone at approx pos 500 neg 500. Basically you got cells both top and bottom with wierd names in them. On the west side of those cells and further in a bit are where you go for your trial stuff and on the east side there are little rooms off with names in them. The bear was farthest east room from Plane of Trial room.
If these make sense you can try and follow;
From entrance go down stairs and down stairs again the normal way into justice. Then take left or right doesn't matter and go all way round to other side to go threw next door (again normal way in). Then Take a left follow passage up past the twists and turns. Take door on your right (normal way you would go to Pane of Trials). Now instead of taking a left to Plane of Trials take a right, threw door and right again. Follow passage down, it will twist and turn. You get to some stairs leading down take these. The passage turns right and the bottom of the stairs follow this and forst door you come to on your right should have the bear in and some others, none of the others agroed me.
Make sure you charm the bear before you hail or he doesn' respond. Also I just let him wonder off and he got himself killed by the guards but they did not attack me.

ok but where exactly in PoJ is he? i have searched every cell i could find and only found evil stuff
if he is uncharmable you need to kill him and wait for respawn ( i think eitehr 30 mins or 1 hour 30 mins) and try to charm him again. and no, the guards will not aggro you once the big bear dies to them
They aggro you if the bear is not dead though, but not sure if they keep coming once they kill him.

Also, be sure to gate out or run when Great Bear says he is free ... he will run out of his cell and immediately be attacked by the guards, and when he dies they come after you...

no way this guy is 60 hes green at 70 and ccan be DCed /shrug so he has to be 46 or below
