Needless to say, I guess, but yes, it drops greater runes too.
- conned red to a lvl 70
- clear room and rush, because it gates.
- watch out for its slows
- hits for 1100-1200 at max = normal MPG named fight.

The mob is found in a little circular room on the top right of the map. next to a FD indifferent NPC named Pashia clouddancer
been trying to find this mob, any info on landmarks around the spawn point, or a loc for it?
